Refund policy

We understand that plans change and if you need to cancel your booking please provide as much notice as possible. We do understand that emergencies happen and we will work with you to the best of our ability.

Our cancellation/refund policy is as follows:

• Orders cancelled 7 or more days prior to the start of your booking date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee of the total booking amount.
• Orders cancelled 4-6 days prior to the start of your booking date are eligible for a 50% refund of the items.
• Orders cancelled 3 days or less prior to the start of your booking date are NOT eligible for a refund of the items booked.
• Refunds are not provided for early termination of bookings or for unused equipment.
